I'm a dog person. Sorry to the cat people out there, but I need the expressive love that only dogs can give. I'm not the only one in my family who loves dogs, either. We have 4 dogs at home. My mom figured that if her children were grown up, she needed something else to take care of. When I go home, I can hear their barks throughout the whole house. They play and run around like crazy and I love them so much.
On Wednesday I was Skyping with mom and my dogs were there. Although I love all of them, one of them is my dog. Her name is Canelita (Cinnamon in Spanish). I called her name and she immediately looked at the camera and started sniffing. It's like she knew it was me. I haven't been home in a year, and it made me wonder, does she really remember me?
According to a recent study done in Hungary found that dogs' abilities to remember are more human-like than suspected.
I am also a dog person as well, but I do like cats too. Here at school I have two dogs while taking care of them can be stressful throughout the semester due to classes and work I love being able to come home to them and just laugh at the funny things they do.
ReplyDeleteI love all animals, I have a 10 year old yellow lab. I don't have a cat anymore, since my black tiger had to be put down after turning 20 years old last year.
